“Now she uses her ‘calm down tools’ when frustrated. Last week she took a deep breath and asked for help with her shoes instead of screaming. Jessica taught us both so much.”

“My son cried for an hour at preschool drop-off every day. I would cry in the car. It was breaking both our hearts.”
“Now he runs into his classroom waving bye! His teacher says he is one of the most confident kids. I got my happy boy back.”

“My 7-year-old was struggling at school – not listening, distracting others, falling behind. The teacher suggested testing for ADHD.”
“His teacher called to say he is ‘a different child’ – participating, finishing work, helping classmates. No medication needed, just the tools Jessica taught him.”

Child therapy helps kids express feelings and grow – in a way that feels natural and fun!
Getting to Know Your Child Jessica creates a warm, fun space where your child feels safe. Through play, she learns about their world, feelings, and what is tricky for them.
Your child learns to name feelings, use calm-down strategies, and express themselves in healthy ways. You learn how to help at home.
“We finally have tools that work. No more feeling helpless during tantrums.”
Your child uses their new skills in real life - at home, school, and with friends. Jessica helps with challenges and celebrates wins!
“He used his “calm down corner” at school instead of melting down.”
Your child has a toolkit for big feelings. Sessions space out as confidence grows. You both feel more connected and capable.
“She’s like a different child – happy, confident, and so much easier to parent.”
Children learn to identify and share their feelings in healthy ways, while developing emotional vocabulary that helps them communicate needs without frustration or behavioral outbursts.
Through therapeutic play and guided activities, children develop better emotional regulation, resulting in fewer tantrums, improved behavior, and greater confidence in handling daily challenges
Play is a child's natural language. Through carefully selected toys, games, and creative activities, your child processes difficult emotions, works through challenges, and builds coping skills in a safe, supportive environment
Beyond sessions, your child practices new skills like patience, self-awareness, and problem-solving that transfer to school, friendships, and everyday life.
Play is the primary and sometimes only language of a child! Instead of sitting and talking (which is hard for little ones), kids use toys, art, games, and imagination to express feelings and work through challenges. It looks like play, but it is purposeful healing work that creates real change.
Mom of 6-year-old
“We went from daily tantrums to maybe one a month. Jessica didn’t just help our son – she helped us become better parents too.”
Parents of 4-year-old
“I was skeptical therapy could help a 5-year-old, but the change has been remarkable. Worth every penny and then some.”
Dad of 5-year-old

Begin Therapy
Play is how children communicate and process their world! Through carefully chosen toys and activities, we help your child express feelings, practice new skills, and work through challenges. It looks like play, but it is purposeful therapeutic work that creates real change.
It depends on your child’s age and needs. For younger children (ages 3-6), parents often join parts of sessions. For older children, sessions are one-on-one with regular parent check-ins. We will discuss what works best for your family.
You should start seeing small improvements within 4-6 weeks – fewer tantrums, better sleep, improved mood, or more cooperation. We provide regular updates on progress. Trust your observations as a parent.
That is completely normal, especially at first! Children often need time to feel comfortable. We are skilled at building trust through play and fun activities. Many kids who start quietly become eager to attend after a few visits
Absolutely! We can help with focus, following directions, peer relationships, separation anxiety, and behavior at school. We can also work with teachers and suggest school accommodations if needed.
Play is how kids heal. In a supportive environment, your child will learn to express feelings and build skills for a brighter tomorrow.
