Yes! We offer virtual sessions, in-home support, and in-community therapy (whether that’s at a local park, a rented library room, or your favorite coffee shop). Wherever you feel most comfortable, we’ll meet you there.

The length of therapy varies depending on your needs and goals. Some families see significant improvement in 8-12 sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We regularly check in about progress and adjust our approach to ensure we’re meeting your family’s needs effectively.

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We also offer sliding scale fees to make therapy more accessible.
